Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home, so if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return most products within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that certain items, such as custom upholstery or final sale pieces, are non-returnable.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  • 2.
    Print Your Label

    Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and secure the return label to the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
