What is the typical shipping timeline for furniture?
In-stock items generally ship within 1-2 weeks. Larger furniture pieces and rugs may require White Glove Delivery, which typically takes 3-6 weeks depending on your location and carrier availability.
What is your return policy for home decor and rugs?
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, for many of our larger furniture pieces, we offer White Glove Delivery. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for cancellations. Once an order has reached the processing stage at our warehouse, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
